The first experiential training program, patented by Rachele Soliera, focused on the individual, their value and their needs.
It combines consolidated and proven effective content, techniques and sales processes, with innovative methodologies such as Design Thinking and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
A human-centered approach that can trigger self-critical processes, stimulate creativity and ensure a high degree of involvement and participation.

Accelerate Learning System
Training sales staff is a challenge, especially when salespeople work far from the company, lacking the stimuli and exchanges typical of the headquarters environment.
Conventional courses of a few days alone fail to generate lasting changes in work habits. Ongoing supervision is needed to ensure that learning is translated into practice.
Accelerate Learning System is a structured path for rapid and continuous learning. It combines classroom training and personalized mentorship, led by the same trainer, to help salespeople adopt new approaches and tools.
The program involves monitoring individual progress through a mix of coaching and comparisons, both remotely and in-person, in the weeks following the course.
It concludes with a final collective session, where participants can compare notes, share experiences and check the effectiveness of what they have learned.
The training is customizable to individual needs, both in terms of timing and mode of mentoring (remote or physical).

Induction Training
Quick and effective integration of new salespeople is crucial, but companies are not always able to provide new hires with the proper support during their first weeks on the job.
Our aim is to help the company facilitate a quick and effective onboarding and prepare the new salesperson to meet the challenges of his or her role and to contribute to the company’s results right away.
The Induction Training program is designed in collaboration with the Sales Department and includes orientation activities, on-the-job training, sharing of company procedures, and whatever it takes to ensure that the new hire quickly acquires the knowledge needed to develop business in his or her area of expertise and feel an integral part of the company.
The program consists of three phases:
- Induction plan: Orientation meetings with other departments, training on procedures, and on-the-job shadowing with senior salespeople.
- Training on basic sales techniques: To provide new salespeople with fundamental skills.
- Customized training materials: Summary sheets and an Induction Training Book with all essential information about the company, market, and operating procedures.
